The Gate of Chalandros is a mystical portal connecting the human world to the demon one. Nalyx presents a confounding mix of charm and vulnerability, but Gantalla can’t let herself get too comfortable with him. After all, if he ever found out what she really was, he wouldn’t hesitate to kill her…This book can be read as a standalone, though many of these characters will show up in minor roles later in the series as well.
