Sins of the Mother

A vengeful parent begins murdering judges, an attorney, a guard at a juvenile detention facility, a sibling, and a popular Kumuhula. The scenery spans from San Francisco to rural Amador County in California, and then to Hawaii. A beautiful, but flawed, private investigator follows the trail of a woman flaunting her marriage vows. When the cheating spouse turns up dead, the PI has to try to uncover evidence to prove the innocence of her client. While still pursuing other cases, the PI is led back to her old stomping grounds of Oahu when her best friend, an unassuming law instructor, is kidnapped, and the murderer and PI come face-to-face. A fascinating and sexy roller-coaster thriller through violence, revenge, friendship and acceptance that leaves us wondering whose motherly sins are more grave.
