Rise of the Cinthians

Dark energy storms were the catalyst for the apocalypse. The unusual energy in the storms forced the earth and its inhabitants to evolve or die. The earth, its plants, and its animals now closely resemble what existed during the last ice age that ended more than 12,000 years ago.
99% of the unevolved humans are dead and the survivors are rapidly killed or enslaved by evolved humans with supernatural capabilities. Remedy was one of the first humans to evolve and before the apocalypse he developed an incredible ability to see and manipulate all forms of energy with his mind. He used that new ability to help over 200,000 people survive the end of their old world and now he is determined to help them survive the dangerous new world filled with apex predators and mythical enemies.
It’s a race against time as Remedy works with the survivors to use their incredible advances in technology to rebuild civilization while also protecting themselves from evolved humans who discover them and who will kill to control the future.
