I read some of James Patterson’s books in the past. When I found out he wrote some true crime novels, I definitely had to purchase of few books. I love how he talks about two completely different stories. Patterson allows readers to get into the scene of a crime in the epilogues. Then, the story transitions to the beginning of things such as who the characters are, location, etc. Yes, it’s kind of slow-paced at first but in the middle of reading, you feel the character’s emotions and get a clearer picture of the crimes committed.
