Lady and the Girl

Description

Klort Linn, a university freshman who finds herself falling head over heels for a Lady. No, like an ACTUAL LADY, title and everything. But we all know fairy tales and rom-coms don’t happen to Chinese kids. Or can they?
I just have to make her life harder so she doesn’t have time to care about me, that’s the game.
“Whatever.” Isla stomps out the door knowing I am not going to give in to her so easily.
I reach into my pocket and pull out the Isla sketches I have deemed as bad ones from before. Looking over at them, they are actually quite well done.
In Chinese, there’s a saying, “The most dangerous place to be is the safest place to be.” And now that I am literally partners with my worst enemy, I’m pretty sure there is nowhere safer than this.
