As the genetically engineered corporate mascot of Wilma’s Snacks, she’s designed to shut down the higher thinking functions of anyone who looks at her, until all that’s left is desire. They want to own her, claim her, tear into her—and if they can’t have her, a bag of mediocre Wilma’s Snacks potato chips is the next best thing.
Wilma’s beauty is a weapon, and it cuts her most of all. Like when the marketing team decides it will improve sales if they “accidentally” let a fan touch her. Or when her handler comes to her room for another private visit.
Wilma’s beauty is a weapon. But her creators are about to learn that weapons cut both ways.
