Another Ripped Off (verified owner) –
I honestly can’t believe that this got past anybody, but there are literally no quotation marks or even apostrophes in the ebook version. (There are tons of typos even within just the first few paragraphs, but those are the big red flags.) Stuff like this is why you should absolutely be able to get a refund for digital purchases. How else is there supposed to be any tangible consequence for the publisher when delivering not just an inferior product, but, in this case, a literally unreadable one?
