Fate Awakens

I’ve never been the one to believe in fated mates or true love. In a world where you look at a stranger and think ‘I want to spend the rest of my life with them.’ It doesn’t happen, not in the real world. In the real world there is evil and darkness. So much so that even the brightest star can’t cut through the barriers to guide the last ‘good’ people into its light. I am not a pessimist. I just don’t believe in anything anymore.
