**ACE** My club is my life. End of. I have my son beside me, my estranged daughter just reappeared, and I’m surrounded by good friends. Especially Mae, who’s always there with a helpful ear. I’m content, and everything is exactly as I’d pictured it. The last thing I need is an ol’ lady causing me grief and trying to tame me. My life is good. I’m complete.
