TOP LEVEL TERROR Washington has been working its data banks and computers overtime. Finally, the machines came up with a name: *James Barbour Matlock* the perfect man for the assignment. An assignment that would mean horror and pain to Matlock, that would mean the savaging of the girl he loved — and almost surely his own death.
