Catering Manager and amateur sleuth, Carolina Hart, has her hands full working at a local college during their job fair. It certainly doesn’t help her mood, or that of her employees, that they’re located in the same space as a rival caterer.
When a tragedy occurs, Carolina flashes back to an incident that happened at another event. Even more odd is the feeling that she experiences when she’s again asked to help solve the case.
Dredging up the past is never a healthy thing, but when three people confess to committing murder, Carolina knows that all is not as it seems. She has to face her fears and get to the bottom of a case that seems more than just a little too familiar.
Drawing from memories of what worked in the past, she dives into an investigation. The question is…can she find the killer, before the killer finds her?
