“Why me?” That’s the question nobody could answer. How many times have you heard that question from yourself or others? When I started my journey within, I realized that I had so many strengths. Before that I was always thinking, ‘Oh, I’m not so smart and what do I have to give?’ I eventually lost my sense of value and worth. When everything in my life started to fall apart, I asked myself, ‘Am I a nobody now? Does anybody even see me?’ So, to gain my visibility back, I slowed down to really see myself. I started to spend long moments in front of the mirror just looking at me and taking in every fine detail. Then I started talking to myself, the one in the mirror, and saying kind things. I started to fall in love with my own self for the very first time. Imagine living in this particular body for so many years and not really knowing her. So that’s where it started for me. As I stepped into my unique nature I was like, ‘Okay, you can’t take this person lightly at all. She’s the real deal.’ As I learned to love myself more and more, I couldn’t help but share ‘me’ authentically with others. When you have enough and when you know enough, you can’t help but share. Knowing my true self was extremely important for me. Knowing true self is about knowing who you are at a spiritual level and at the very practical level. This helped me to understand my limitations. Understanding my weaknesses and my strengths was extremely eye opening and critical for my growth. Are you feeling good about who you are? Are you feeling good about where you are in life? If so… is this feeling increasing each day? When we start appreciating the good things that are happening, we finally start seeing them as a blessing that we deserve. The more I understand the experiences of my life, the more I understand that we are all influencers at every level. Our kids, partners, parents, extended family, and friends are impacted by us no matter what. Therefore, we can never say enough, do enough or give back enough to this world. It is a world that constantly keeps us on our toes and keeps giving us the gift of experience. I am now a Personal Growth Strategist and Certified Transformation Coach who empowers leaders on their path towards holistic growth and success. My Journey to Visibility podcast brings inspiration from the VICTORY stories and personal experiences of various leaders. I now understand that my life’s purpose is to create a ripple effect of radical self-awareness, bringing true joy and passion into the lives of others. I believe that all individuals are the torchbearers of culture and stewardship. Leaders who work with me are positioned to maintain their competitive edge in the face of global change. Despite hundreds of posts, thousands of reactions, and millions of views on social media… I still felt there was so much more I had to share.
