The Crone and the Curse

Six months have passed since Nicodemus Atalante was gifted a death curse by the Scarlet Assembly. It was supposed to kill him within a week, but Nicodemus found a way to postpone the inevitable. Now the inevitable is catching up with him, which makes him desparate enough to accept a job from The Crone, Baba Yaga. His task? He must retrieve an item that was stolen from her. With the help of Deputy Sheriff Angela Blackwell, Nicodemus tries to find the stolen artifact before time runs out… and the curse claims his life.
